Walton Will Be Recieving a New Ariel/Pumper in September 2008

Walton Fire Protection District will be getting a new firehouse (station 1) The expected date to be completely done is December 2008. The firehouse will be located in the new Walton town center located off of Mary C. Grubbs Highway. The expected cost is roughly $3.2 Million on 2 Acres of land. The new firehouse is approximately 17 thousand square feet. Below are some pictures of the proposed firehouse.
