Walton Fire Protection District is dedicated to public education and safety within our community. Here are some of the events and meetings we have been a part of.

Nov. 13th, 2024 – Walton Fire Protection District has received new ERC child restraints from KY EMS for Children and the Norton Children’s Hospital Hub of the Pediatric Pandemic Network. This equipment was awarded after applying for a grant to upgrade the ARC seats in our ambulances. We appreciate the group from Louisville coming all the way to Walton to deliver these new upgraded restraints that will provide more safety during transport for our young patients.

Nov. 19th, 2024 – Crew members went out into the community to provide fire awareness and fire safety talks to businesses and their employees within the district. Special thanks to Madison Heinrich for taking photos.
